Your clients' data is protected at every level

Antler handles sensitive financial data for accounting firms. Security isn't an afterthought — it's built into the architecture from the ground up.

Role-based access control

Decide exactly what each team member can see and do. Assign permission levels so staff only access what they need — keeping sensitive client data in the right hands.

Encrypted everywhere

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every file upload is stored in firm-isolated storage buckets with the same Row Level Security rules applied at every layer.

Tamper-proof audit trail

Every action taken by every team member is logged — who did what, when, and what changed. The log is insert-only at the database level. Retained for a minimum of 7 years.

Session & access controls

Sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Accounts lock after 5 failed login attempts. Access is revoked instantly the moment a team member is removed by a firm admin.

File security

File types are validated by content, not just extension. Check PDFs are processed and immediately discarded — extracted payee data is stored, not the original file.

You own your data

Your client data is yours — always. We never sell it, never use it for any purpose outside of operating the platform, and you can export everything at any time. Data is available for 30 days after cancellation.

Two-factor authentication

2FA is available for all team members and can be enforced firm-wide by your admin — adding an extra layer of protection for everyone who has access to your clients' data.
